Occupational health and well-being
Cooperation-driven occupational health care
We believe that the health and well-being of employees are key competition factors for every company. In our experience, investments made into occupational health and well-being can pay themselves back many times over, if the company and the occupational health care team work closely together, taking the company’s objectives into account. We call this approach ‘cooperation-driven occupational health care'.
We want to be an active, strategic partner for the customer company, creating clear added value by promoting the employees’ working capacity and well-being.
Cooperation-driven occupational health care
In the first phase of the cooperation, we carry out a baseline survey and set joint, measurable goals as well as plan the necessary measures. We also carry out assessments and evaluations, review the goals and plan next steps. We are continuously involved in the company’s core activities.
Goal-oriented and measurable actions
We offer a set of tested tools and always select those that are most appropriate for each company. Where necessary, the customer company’s own models can be added to the toolkit.
Our reporting system provides information for the company to use in personnel management, and we help our customers identify the methods which enable them to achieve the goals with maximum efficiency. Where necessary, we calculate input-output ratios for the various measures to support decision-making.
A multi-professional team at your service
Our customers have at their disposal a multi-professional team, each member of which brings their own know-how and views to the team. The wide range of medical services, examinations and specialists’ consultations we offer also support preventive action and improve the working capacity and well-being in a concrete way.
